“We hired Chuck to build a 24 x 24 garage. The plan he showed us was exactly what we were envisioning. There were no surprises along the way. His crew gave us daily updates, were respectful of our neighbors (we have a small lot), and if there was a delay besides Mother Nature, we were informed. They kept our back yard cleaned up at the end of each day, and when they were done, nothing was left behind. They even swept out the garage when it was completely finished. We could tell the employees liked what they were doing and who they were working for. When we had any questions or concerns, Chuck or Caroline responded back right away. They never acted like we were bothering them. The quality of work they did was fabulous! The concrete company pouring the driveway and patio commented that our garage was better construction than what they have seen at other job sites. I would definitely hire C.T.Gabbert for any remodeling or construction projects in the future.”

“I have used Shawn for several projects in my home. He is fair, thorough and is very particular with his work He has removed a tree, replaced a toilet and replaced a bathroom floor, and replaced the faucets on my washer. I would use him in the future and would recommend him to family and friends.”

Since I bought this house partially finished out of for closure, lakeside allowed me to sub-contract some of the work myself- using my family members that are in different trades. I would highly recommend them”

Terry had a lot of really good ideas and advice for our extensive kitchen remodel, and we are very happy with the way it came out. He and his help were easy to work with and very responsive to our requests and was conscientious about confining the dust and mess with barrier walls.
