“We are first time homeowners and know nothing about construction and renovations. As per someone's recommendation, we were put in touch with several companies to take on different renovation projects. If only we knew about A&E Brothers prior, it would've saved us time and headaches. Getting our bathroom remodeled was not in our original plan, but when we decided to do so, I searched long and hard for a reputable company. I've contacted several other companies and not one of them responded to my request for a consultation. I finally came across A&E Brothers and decided to give them a chance. He is one of the most genuine and friendly people you will ever meet. He is also very understanding and never pushed us towards a decision that we weren't ready to make. I fully entrusted him with our apartment, 100%. Throughout the process, Lauren continued to be of great help. She was extremely responsive to every question that I had and helped addressed any concerns that I had. My e-mails never went ignored! I wish more companies hired people like her. The bathroom was completed ahead of schedule. The whole time it was being done, we never once stepped foot into the apartment because of our busy work schedule. The first time we saw the work was when it was completed. We did our walkthrough with Armen and he even surprised us with a gift! The bathroom came out better than I expected. We cannot express our gratitude enough. I HIGHLY recommend A&E Brothers and can't wait until we save enough money to make more home improvements with them. “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”
