“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

They are determined that you end up with a product that you want. Matt works closely with you to pick out the finishes and determine design. Once we agreed on a price there was no hesitation on their part on what finishes we wanted or design changes that were required. Matt and his dad are truly craftsman and want you to be satisfied. It is not to say we didn’t have a few bumps in the road but they handled them like professionals. Our total kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation is exactly what we wanted and the price we agreed. Now that’s a great company. I recommend them without hesitation.”
