The first project was a Kitchen, Den, Bath, and Laundry room makeover where every surface was changed...floors, walls, ceiling...new appliances, new fixtures etc. The second project was a master bedroom and bath remodel. Again...every surface was changed. I coulndt be happier with the results. Jo listened to our desires and delivered on designs that exceeded what we could have thought of on our own.”

“We put our house up for sale "by owner" and having no luck selling it after 3 months, even after dropping the price $20k, we contacted a realtor. She said I needed to update the kitchen to granite counters and stainless appliances. We contacted Innovative Construction and Remodeling for an estimate. Russell quickly came out and we were surprised that the estimate was lower than we thought it was going to be. We agreed to go with them and they finished the project in 2 days. They did an awesome job and the house sold 3 weeks later, after we raised the price back up $20k! The comments from the buyers were that they loved the kitchen! We would definitely recommend Russell and his crew!”

“Love this company!! Always responsive no matter what size the job. Project just finished : Remove wallpaper border, remove mirror and repaint bathroom, hang new mirrors. Wonderful job. Finished in 1 day. No mess. Even came back to hang the mirrors because they had not arrived on time. Definitely recommend using SORC”
