Since we just bought an apartment, booked other renovation projects, and were running very low on funds, Armen worked with us on our limited budget. He is one of the most genuine and friendly people you will ever meet. He is also very understanding and never pushed us towards a decision that we weren't ready to make. I fully entrusted him with our apartment, 100%. Throughout the process, Lauren continued to be of great help. She was extremely responsive to every question that I had and helped addressed any concerns that I had. My e-mails never went ignored! I wish more companies hired people like her. The bathroom was completed ahead of schedule. The whole time it was being done, we never once stepped foot into the apartment because of our busy work schedule. The first time we saw the work was when it was completed. We did our walkthrough with Armen and he even surprised us with a gift! The bathroom came out better than I expected. We cannot express our gratitude enough. I HIGHLY recommend A&E Brothers and can't wait until we save enough money to make more home improvements with them.
