“We had some hardwood flooring buckle in a bedroom adjacent to a bathroom and asked Rebuilders, Inc. to investigate. The crew investigated systematically and meticulously until the root cause was determined. They worked diligently for 2 weeks so our tenants could move in on the date we had promised. They caulked a shower (and installed other preventative measures to prevent leaking), reset a leaking toilet and replaced the hardwood flooring. They even painted the trim after it was re-installed to ensure continuity. You cannot even tell there was ever and issue in either room! Each and every individual that was on site was very professional and knowledgeable in their respective area of expertise.
