“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. None of those horror stories you hear about regarding experience with other contractors not showing up or shabby work. Hire HGI with no worries, the best, ask for Alex.”

“We did an expansion to our current house. We needed a game room for the kids, a den for the adults, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Also a mud room, laundry room, some fixing in the existing house and redo the garage. We hired Sneller Custom Homes and Remodeling for the job. All these jobs were done while we were living in our current house. They are very professional, they helped us with the design, and ideas to better put in black and white what we wanted to do. Also, they worked with us to get things done inside the current living space to better accommodate our needs. The communication with Matt Sneller was great, if something was not as expected he took care of the situation. Great communication skills, and very professional in what he does. “My husband and I bought a Matt Powers home in December and we couldn't be more happy with it and the Matt Powers team. As time passes we constantly find ourselves saying how thoughtful and intelligent of a builder Matt Powers is. My husband and I looked for homes for months and happen to find this home based on a few construction pictures. Those pictures demonstrated quality that we hadn't seen in other homes and sure enough when we walked in it the first time, not only was it so beautiful and custom, but it was sturdy and built with so much thought and care. We continue to comment on this all of the time as we live in it. This very thoughtful design has led us to enjoy an energy efficiency in our home that we didn't know we would have. Our energy bills are significantly cheaper than what we paid in a home nearly 1/4 the size. Finally, working with Matt has been a pleasure because he is a genuinely kind person. The relationship continues well after buying a home. He makes himself available to questions and we have consulted him on other ideas which is a great thing because we love spending time with him! She quickly solved all our design dilemmas and created a space that we truly love. She is a true talent; able to listen to what clients want, and come up with design that goes beyond expectation. “We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“Sweetlake Interior design is an excellent company to work with. My job was very involved...completely gutting and redesigning the kitchen, new tile floors in 3 large rooms, 2 large built ins, painting almost all rooms as well as purchasing new furniture and decorating. Lori, the owner, is very professional and friendly and has the most amazing crew of contractors of whom she oversees beautifully. Each of the head contractors are very skilled at what they do and supervise their crews accordingly. Probably the most rewarding experience was with my designer Aurora. She is extremely talented and easy to work with. From the first day she listened carefully to me and very quickly understood my tastes and preferences. She designed the kitchen of my dreams, not to mention creating a gorgeous flow from room to room that is breathtaking. She helped me choose furniture and decor and made purchasing these very easy. Aurora worked very closely on a daily basis with the crew and was consistent in achieving quality in every level of construction and design. The written contract with Sweetlake was very thorough and itemized and there were no surprises. The whole job went very smoothly and was completed in less time than estimated. I would highly recommend Sweetlake Intereror Design to anyone who is looking for a desginer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
