We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process, from design assistance, the cabinet selection process, and the selection of the subcontractors that work with SouthCoast Kitchen Design. Our kitchen remodel evolved into a 3 room house renovation, and they were with us every step of the way, accomodating our changes on the fly. “My husband and I always wanted a home office but didn’t have a dedicated space. Our living room was an awkward size and the door and window placement made the room seem lopsided since one whole side of the room was not being used. Gail came in and after a thoughtful review of the room suggested that we divide the room so that the unused portion could become an office. I couldn’t visualize it at all before she suggested it but as soon as she said it, I knew it was a perfect solution! We wanted to redo the half bathroom whose wall backed up to this portion of the living room so we decided to make it a whole project. She brought in a contractor (who was really excellent) to do the bathroom and he even put in a shower stall to make a full bath. Bonus! They constructed a wall to close off the office and it has pocket French doors which are great because I can just slide them open or close when the office is in use or someone is one the phone. Everything went smoothly with very little interruption of our daily activities, and that’s with kids and dogs! Gail swooped in and created built –in shelving and storage to match the other cabinetry in my house so I could house my law books. I am amazed at how it came out. My desk and everything went into the office and now it looks like the office has always been there and I love being able to work from home. I would highly recommend Gail and her team to anyone looking to make improvements to their home. The changes they made to my home definitely added value to it which is a plus.”

“Ikitchens etc is a team of professional, knowledgible and creative individuals who truly love the work they do & love working with each other & their clients (who soon end up feeling like "old" friends !) Having an old home with low ceilings I thought my kitchen remodel would become one big headache. Exact opposite. It went incredibly smooth & on schedule. The work area was cleaned up every day, the crew showed up on schedule & were always willing to answer any questions we had. This team gets the gold !!! So much so, I am now working with Rich and Lou Ann (owners) on my bathroom remodel. Yes, they do more than just kitchens !!! UPDATE: Bathroom remodel complete ! Once again, job well done. I was amazed at all the little details that go into a bathroom remodel but their design team thought of them all. No last minute surprises. No wonder they were the Region 1 2013 NARI Regional CotY Award winners.”

“They showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. Great bunch of guys they all new what they were doing and they did a wonderful job. Mike Heinrich the general contractor and I worked well together, he listened to what I wanted and needed then made it all happen. Told me which stores to go to for, plumbing, granite, tile, electrical, appliances, etc. I would like to have photos posted but can't the contractor has photos”

“I would give Topnotch Design an A+ grade on all levels. This was a new construction project and the kitchen layout was crucial as it is in all homes. I kept tweeking the layout and the staff was very accommodating and offered insightful and useful feed back. The selection of materials to choose from was quite extensive and they searched for a particular knob type that I wanted. I was also accompanied to the stone/counter fabricator and offered suggestions. Everything came according to schedule and in perfect condition and then was expertly installed. The installer was very neat, pleasant and professional. There were a couple of slight adjustments that I requested after the installation was completed and they were promptly addressed. The same as above comments can be applied to the three bathrooms that Topnotch Design also did in this house. I enjoyed my experience with Topnotch because the office staff was very good in scheduling and getting messages to all parties concerned. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend Topnotch Design.”
