“SABI Construction did an amazing job remodeling our co-op apartment. The team completely remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. Jimmy and his team were unbelievably professional ate every stage during the process. They always kept us updated on progress and finished the project 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule. I would definitely work with the SABI team on any future remodeling projects and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great contractor.”

“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“I gave modern kitchen a 5star...I told Jason/owner/architect/contractor/ How I wanted My kitchen to look like and booom he got it right away. His very good with his design,very modern,excellent quality cabinets,quartz,exhaust,faucet .he did alot of work for a good prize,he is flexible,friendly easy to work with and professional...would love to hire them again if needed!!!all my friends and family love my new kitchen,Thanks to Jason and the crew..”

“Makaj was the general contractor for a gut bathroom renovation that we ordered through Block Renovation. We had no familiarity with the company, but we were immediately impressed by both their thoroughness and professionalism. Despite some hiccups with inspections and permits, they handled all issues without a hassle or effort. I was also impressed with the overall quality of the subcontractors who were used. There were some minor issues that cropped up, but Joe immediately attended to them and ensured we were satisfied before signing off on the project. There were no corners cut. At the end of the day, everything was done right. I would be happy to use them for other projects. You can't take for granted having a comfort level with a G.C.”

“My husband & I decided that after 29 well used years, our kitchen needed to be redone. We had an idea of what we wanted, but mostly it was a feeling. A country kitchen with an updated look was what we were thinking of. Carmi at Broadway Kitchen & Baths was extremely helpful in translating our "feeling" into a renovation plan. She suggested cabinets that were beautiful and affordable. The expertise in planning the lay out was evident. We always had the feeling that someone was looking out for us and our project. From the cabinet choices to the installation, the professionals at Broadway Kitchens & Baths, were great. We love our new kitchen, and plan to recommend them to our friends!”

“I have renovated many apartments and homes in my day, often with less than helpful contractors. So you can imagine my delight to find Agalliu Contracting after we interviewed many firms. They are determined that you end up with a product that you want. Matt works closely with you to pick out the finishes and determine design. Once we agreed on a price there was no hesitation on their part on what finishes we wanted or design changes that were required. Matt and his dad are truly craftsman and want you to be satisfied. It is not to say we didn’t have a few bumps in the road but they handled them like professionals. Our total kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation is exactly what we wanted and the price we agreed. Now that’s a great company. I recommend them without hesitation.”
