“I hired Jim and his team to renovate my kitchen. This is the fourth major renovation project I've hired contractors to perform, and Benson Homes is by far the best contractor I've hired. Jim is responsive, responsible and highly professional. He actually listens, answers questions fully, and holds his team to a high standard. He took care of every single goal and need I had for my kitchen, on budget, ensured I was completely satisfied with his company's work, and went the extra mile to ask for feedback after the project was completed. “Don Kendrick did a complete bathroom remodeling project for us. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was competitive. In addition, we would like to emphasize: (1) Excellent communication throughout the entire process. The project started on time and ran like clockwork. We always knew exactly what was going to be done the next day. (2) Helpfulness. Tracy Kendrick made the process of selecting tiles, fixtures and paint easy. She even offered to visit stores with us if we had wanted to do that. (3) Transparency. Prices for everything were specified in detail. (4) Cleanliness. No workday ended without vacuum cleaning and we had no dust in other rooms. (5) Fairness. An unexpected weakness in our floor required extra work in the middle of the project. The proposed price for the extra work, to which we could hardly say no, was completely fair.”

Great care was taken with each step of the process and they helped us to make several changes when issues arose from the original plan. I cannot recommend them enough. We definitely love our new peninsula and white shaker cabinets.”

Brian was by far the most knowledgeable, personable and professional person that I met with. He had an eye for detail and made intuitive recommendations that no one else had suggested. Our project manager, Jennifer was friendly, quick to respond and was in our home overseeing the work almost daily. Both Brian and Jennifer listened to our needs and concerns and really cared about delivering exceptional work. We absolutely love our new kitchen!
