EVERY aspect of Brian's service has been extraordinary, and the design & execution of every aspect has exceeded high expectations. We damaged the island oak after a massive and slightly reckless party & the whole thing was fixed effortlessly in days. |'ve recommended them since to a friend who has just taken delivery and they're absolutely delighted with their new kitchen. We visited the showroom to browse and we quickly realised that they had the exact style of kitchen we wanted and could be made bespoke to suit our very awkward kitchen space. Scott, the kitchen designer helped us through the whole process of designing and then managed the installation right to the end and we are delighted. “After an extremely bad experience with a kitchen installer/designer, I was dreading trying to find a reputable designer to renovate my bathroom. However I need not have worried. Alison and Christopher have been great. The furniture is truly bespoke. Cabinets are made in Christopher’s workshop to individual design and materials used are of high quality. Alison was willing to source bathroom furniture from any maker. The tiles she chose for us were very unusual and many people have remarked on them. All the workers (including outside trades) were very conscientious, worked hard and took a great pride in their work. We were given a schedule of work and Alison was on hand to monitor progress and ask for adjustments where necessary. She even asked for a wall to be repainted, as it was not to her standard. Alison is still willing to give advice even though the bathroom is up and running. The house carpets and banisters were well protected during the work and the house was left in a tidy state at the end of the project. We then commissioned 2 bookcases that are of their usual high standard. The installation followed the same pattern of care and attention to detail.”

“West renovations gave us an estimate for the whole job involving removal of walls , redirecting water supplies and waste , electricity supplies for lighting,sockets and installing under floor heating Included in the estimate was the kitchen and installation. The time scale given to complete the work was 1 month. We were very happy with West renovation as they gave us a breakdown on costs as the job progressed. The kitchen was completed in the time scale given by a professional well organised team. I would definitely recommend them.”

“We did loads of research before we decided on Stephen to fit our new kitchen. We dont always trust reviews but the many fantastic reviews don't do him and his team justice. Every one is absolutely 100% spot on and more . He comes across as a decent honest man who from our first meeting filled us with confidence that we wouldnt be risking our money . He helped and advised us in all our decisions and delivered everything just as promised. He uses the same team of guys, electrician plumber, plasterer, tiler etc all the time, so no sub contractors turning up. Each and every one of them were, like Stephen, very punctual , polite, hardworking and tidied up after themselves each day. Even the old kitchen and rubbish was taken away promptly and the area was left as if there had been nothing there ! . We absolutely love our beautiful new kitchen . Every tiny attention to detail is amazing. Choosing Stephen and Mulberry Kitchens was the best decision ever. The whole project turned out to be so stress free, it was just amazing, but we put that down to Stephen and his team who are all clearly experts who have great pride in their work . Thank you all ! It was a pleasure having you all in our home . We are VERY happy customers and 100% recommend !”
