“I was very happy with the work Renovationyc did for me. The first project was a built in and some window shades. I was so impressed with their customer service and product that I hired them to do a gut renovation of my rental. Again they delivered on time and the apt rented in one week. They are always punctual and respectful. The neighbors at my rental tell me I have the nicest contractors. They work with you to give you what you ask for and to keep to schedule. I highly recommend them. Their custom built ins and window treatments are high end.”

“I used Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath and could not have been more pleased with the results. I moved into an apartment that was a complete gut job both kitchen and bath. Felipe and his expertise turned both rooms into what I had envisioned. From cabinets, to flooring and countertops everything was truly amazing. Felipe not only got me both kitchen and bathroom I asked for but was also on budget. I would highly recommend his first class service.”

“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“We are first time homeowners and know nothing about construction and renovations. As per someone's recommendation, we were put in touch with several companies to take on different renovation projects. If only we knew about A&E Brothers prior, it would've saved us time and headaches. Getting our bathroom remodeled was not in our original plan, but when we decided to do so, I searched long and hard for a reputable company. I've contacted several other companies and not one of them responded to my request for a consultation. I finally came across A&E Brothers and decided to give them a chance. Lauren responded to my request immediately and scheduled Armen to do an estimate. When Armen arrived, he took a quick look at our bathroom and started thinking of ideas. He made several suggestions right on the spot and the ideas got us super excited. We met with Armen to discuss the contract and he showed us a 3D design of our bathroom, that alone looked beautiful. Since we just bought an apartment, booked other renovation projects, and were running very low on funds, Armen worked with us on our limited budget. He is one of the most genuine and friendly people you will ever meet. He is also very understanding and never pushed us towards a decision that we weren't ready to make. I fully entrusted him with our apartment, 100%. Throughout the process, Lauren continued to be of great help. She was extremely responsive to every question that I had and helped addressed any concerns that I had. My e-mails never went ignored! I wish more companies hired people like her. The bathroom was completed ahead of schedule. The whole time it was being done, we never once stepped foot into the apartment because of our busy work schedule. The first time we saw the work was when it was completed. We did our walkthrough with Armen and he even surprised us with a gift! The bathroom came out better than I expected. We cannot express our gratitude enough. I HIGHLY recommend A&E Brothers and can't wait until we save enough money to make more home improvements with them. We will be hiring this company again and so should you.”

“Our home had significant flood damage in July of last year. We decided to meet with three contractors who could help us assess the impact and advise on next steps regarding insurance. The first two told us the same thing. They explained that while the damage looked and felt significant, no insurance company would ever agree to pay enough to hit our very high deductible. They said that taking our job would be a waste of their time and ours. Because of this we were pessimistic when going into the conversation with the third contractor, Perry from NYTDR. But his attitude was different from the first two companies. After he assessed the damage, he told us he would help us get the coverage we deserved. He helped us negotiate with the insurance company until they rightly agreed to cover more than double our deductible, which paid for everything that we needed to do to get our home to shine like it did before the flood. We were thrilled! We began the work, and we were ready to close this otherwise traumatic chapter of our lives… but at the start of September we flooded again. And this time it was worse. Insurance refused to play ball, but Perry helped us work with them until we got what we deserved. It took a lot of patience as this process lasted a few months, but Perry never let us give up. In the end, we were able to settle with the insurance company at a price that covered all of what we needed. The work that NYTDR did was beautiful. Steve and his team paid attention to every single detail – the craftsmanship is remarkable. Our house feels like a home again and I know that it wouldn’t have happened without NYTDR. Throughout the process everyone at NYTDR was responsive and professional. They hit deadlines and sat through countless conference calls and adjuster meetings. They worked with us to solve any problem until we were satisfied.”
