“I wish I could put into words the amount of concise effort TW put forth both planning and carrying out a total renovation on our REAL ESTATE office space. Logan took a shell of a building and turned our vision into a reality. The timeline was incredibly tight and required an insane last-minute push to get us to the grand opening. Logan was there from sunrise to sunset, working diligently. Logan stands out as a stand-up, honest contractor who does great work, affordably (for us), and delivered on every one of his promises. We made some very steep asks, he answered every time. Would not hesitate to recommend logan, and often do, to anyone.”

“Makaj was the general contractor for a gut bathroom renovation that we ordered through Block Renovation. We had no familiarity with the company, but we were immediately impressed by both their thoroughness and professionalism. Despite some hiccups with inspections and permits, they handled all issues without a hassle or effort. I was also impressed with the overall quality of the subcontractors who were used. There were some minor issues that cropped up, but Joe immediately attended to them and ensured we were satisfied before signing off on the project. There were no corners cut. At the end of the day, everything was done right. I would be happy to use them for other projects. You can't take for granted having a comfort level with a G.C.”
