“We hired Blue Lotus last summer to help design our new master bathroom renovation and supply the cabinets. The bath needed to be taken down to the studs so every element had to be worked out. I knew the tile I wanted and the stone but needed help with everything else. The first thing Tracy recommended was to take out the small linen closet. It shocked me and added greatly to the material and construction cost, but it's the best thing we did. Ended up with a bigger shower and more storage room. Tracy managed the process, helping to choose the contractor, help me make decisions on time, then scheduling the main contractor's steps with the other suppliers. The finished bathroom is solid and beautiful and fits right in with our reproduction farmhouse.”

“I hired All Inclusive Construction for three reasons: to fix the disconnected sump pump hose from under the deck that continued to cycle water back into the basement and would eventually burn out the sump pump, to replant landscaping that was incorrectly planted, and to clean out an estate home that was a total disaster. In each instance, All Inclusive Construction arrived timely, was knowledgeable, capable, finished the job on time, cleaned up, and was true to the quoted estimate. In addition, All Inclusive Construction was professional, patient, and friendly. Two thumbs up!”

“I highly recommend Steve. It has been four years since Steve managed a gut renovation in my home. The project included an entire new first-floor layout, a small addition to expand the brand-new kitchen, a new powder room, a relocation of the laundry room to the second floor, installing and matching a new hardwood floor to the existing floor, and building a new staircase to our basement. This was a massive project; he updated nearly every part of my home. His work was impeccable and he made my home look stunning. It still looks flawless after four years (and two young kids). Every cabinet is perfectly squared and I have yet to find any flaws in even the tiniest details. He is a perfectionist. He is trustworthy and fair. And he did all this while staying on budget.”

“I have contracted with Smith Building Group several times, for jobs big and small. At each turn, David Smith and his employees were professional, prompt, and efficient. There were times when I had an idea, and asked David for guidance. He never hesitated to walk me through a project, provide design ideas, discuss materials, cost, time frames. Jobs would start and finish on schedule - and if there was a change, communication was prompt and clear. David always comes back to inspect the work done. There was one instance when the job was not to David's satisfaction, and he had his worker re-do it. I found that to be quite impressive.
