“We have a 50 year old house that had a very small kitchen in the front of the house. We have 2 acres and wanted to see the beautiful back yard. Melissa Sutherland knew exactly what we wanted, to see the view out back. From the beginning to the end we were never disappointed. From the barrel ceiling with the faux finishes on the recess cans to the stove hood that looks like it came straight from France, I'm a very pleased customer! Then where the kitchen was in front, we changed into a den we all hang out in. Along with the kitchen, we enlarged the patio and added a screened-in gazebo so my husband can smoke his cigars and I don't get eaten alive by the mosquito's. We love the look of our updated home. Next room, The Master bedroom!!!”

“We were so thankfull to find John. We have seen other contractors and design builders and he was by far the most enjoyable to work with. His respect as to what we were looking for and eye for design was spot on and he had ideas that we would never have thought of to utilize the space. We were very impressed hoe he was able to have a clean work space and at the end of every day it was cleaner then we had it before he started the job. The price of the job was also very reasonable and considering his experience and awards were very surprised. We also felt very comfortable leaving him with our house for an extended period of time.We have already recommended him to some friends.
