The proposal was far more detailed than anyone else and they handled all the buying and storing of materials. The 3d rendering was so cool, I got a chance to see how my bathroom would look before they even started. All the workers were not only friendly but knowledgeable. “We are very happy to have worked with D. Higgins Construction on our primary bathroom remodel! The pricing was fair and competitive, especially when we added on some minor work in our other bathrooms and they were able to work us into their schedule quickly. From start to finish the communication was great, they were clear with us on what we could and could not do with the space, gave suggestions, were flexible with changes, and handled problems or unforeseen issues efficiently. We picked out and/or bought our finishes and materials, and then D. Higgins Construction took care of the rest. They worked quickly and cleanly, always tidying up before leaving for the day, and shared updates along the way. The end product is beautiful, we could not be happier with how beautiful our bathroom is now, and the whole process was so easy thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of D. Higgins Construction.
