“Chip, "The Head Coach," and his team remodeled my Master Bathroom. They were a pleasure to work with, from the first interview, through the design process, the daily progress and the finishing touches. Chip has a team of experts (plumber, tile setter, electrician, carpenter, shower glass, painter, etc) who come in when their part of the job is ready to be addressed. The homeowner can do as much or as little as they desire, in order to manage the cost, and also for the DIY satisfaction of being involved. He managed the schedule and kept the job going flawlessly. I always felt welcome to inspect and request personal touches as the remodel unfolded. They arrived every day on time and kept an extremely clean job site. The plastic “dust wall” they put up between the bathroom and bedroom was so effective that I hardly had to dust when the job was finished. The quality of the work is outstanding. My dream bathroom is now so gorgeous and functional I don't think the novelty will ever wear off. The whole experience was so pleasant and the result so satisfying, I would recommend The Head Coach for any home remodel project.”

I knew the tile I wanted and the stone but needed help with everything else. The first thing Tracy recommended was to take out the small linen closet. It shocked me and added greatly to the material and construction cost, but it's the best thing we did. Ended up with a bigger shower and more storage room. Tracy managed the process, helping to choose the contractor, help me make decisions on time, then scheduling the main contractor's steps with the other suppliers. The project managers and the staff at Skydell were always professional. When issues did arise, the owner Richard Skydell was immediately there to ascertain the problem and was quick to offer options. We had some of our own ideas that were always welcomed. We would certainly recommend these folks who can handle everything for your home. The bathroom involved total demolition of the existing bath, new insulation and walls. New plumbing, water closet, installation of carrera stone work, electrical and all woodwork. We are very happy with the outcome.”
