Niki even accompanied me to the tile store when I was uncertain of backsplash choices. Together we picked tiles in under ten minutes- she brought all the cabinet samples and colors. “I purchased a home in Quechee VT that had not been touched in over 20 years and oh it looked it. Ralph Eames, the principal, looked it over and took it all on. Within 5 months the house was complete and wonderful. At least all the people Ralph brought with him did a fantastic job. I made the mistake of hiring the flooring and HVAC contractors and they caused a nightmare. The plumbers installed an icemaker I didn't want, and when I told them I didn't want it they installed a valve which somehow leaked or was turned on so there was a very slow drip for 3-6 months. The flooring contractor never did a moisture test on our concrete slab which, it turns out is damp. Between them they caused a massive mold problem so almost everything that was renovated had to be removed. Floors- out. Cabinets-out Walls- out. But Ralph and his people came to the rescue and re-renovated and put it all back together so that all is well. Kind, thorough, quick to reply. I wish they had been around to renovate other homes I have lived in.”
