“We have used Mark for quite a few projects in the last year and a half. He was able to fix the mistakes another company had made in our master bath. They remodeled our master bedroom, re-did our ceilings in the living room and entryway with wood, crown molding, painting, tile work, texturing, etc. He just finshed a pantry project for us and hope to start a few new projects shortly. He has a crew that does exceptional work. They are very flexible and reliable. Highly recommended!”

We had undesirable tile in place which needed careful demolition, as we had already re-faced our kitchen doors. Not only was the demo quick, seamless, and ultra-respectful, they installed floor and backsplash tile well ahead of the quoted schedule. Since we were so pleased with their effort there, we asked to add paint and electrical work to finish off the job. They made quick work of that, too, with just another day and a half! “We were familiar with Bradshaw Designs and their reputation here in San Antonio and contacted them about a make-over for our 24 year old master bath. Julie and her assistant Lindsay put a great amount of thought and effort into creating a design for our bath room and even presented us with drawings to give us options for the completed look. They were very perceptive in coordinating their suggestions to blend with the style and decor of our home to be sure the bathrooom design would be a harmonious addition. It was easy to fall in love with their suggestions for colors, lighting, tile, marble, wallpaper and beautiful mirrors! Bradshaw designs worked well with us and our contractor Wm. J. McCarthy,Jr. in a timely fashion. The project was finished on time and on budget and truly exceeded our expectations! Julie presented us with a beautiful book showing before, during, and after pictures which was a special added touch. We are thoroughly enjoying our new "spa" bath and would highly recommend Julie and Bradshaw designs!”

“After a very successful MBR bathroom remodeling session, we invited Scott and Carol to come back to remodel our kitchen. This included removal of the builder quality cabinets and replacing them with white 42" shaker cabinets and plenty of extra space. Their team did a great job and finished the project in the time they projected. Questions -- Scott or Carol almost instantly respond. They are both extremely flexible and want to ensure you wind up with exactly the finished product you desired. Quality work for a reasonable price!! Highly recommended.”

“This is the second remodeling project that Dianne Clay and Ty Valadez performed for us. We were so happy with their work on our kitchen and family room, that we contracted with them to remodel our master and hall bathrooms. And we had so much confidence and trust in them, that we went on vacation (out of the country) during the entire renovation project. It was like an extreme makeover. We now have beautiful and up to date bathrooms. And there is much more practical use of space now then with the original bathroom layout. They probably doubled (if not more) the amount of storage, and actually opened up the master bathroom to feel more spacious! We could not be more pleased.”

“I love the job that Zendo Renovations did at my home. I recently purchased a new home. Greg/Zendo were highly recommend. From initial consultation, I was able to see why. Greg is extremely professional with a great personality that puts a homeowner at ease. Zendo replaced the tile in two bathrooms and replaced carpet with wood flooring in two bedrooms. I was very pleased with 3 rooms immediately and not so much with the master bath. I called Greg with my concerns. He responded immediately and was back onsite the next day.
