“I literally cannot say enough good things about Imperial Kitchens and Baths. They combined a dreadful, cramped, dated, narrow little kitchen with a wasted enclosed sunporch to create an *AMAZING* kitchen. Walls were moved, floors were torn up and replaced, mystery plumbing was discovered (and repaired *properly*I) subfloor radiant heat was installed, walls were tiled, new cabinets and counter tops were fabricated and installed, and paired with new faucets and appliances to create .. did I mention *AMAZING*? The designers understood our style and our budget, and made recommendations that brought both together to create the best possible kitchen for a cold Chicago winter morning - from the warm floors to the gleaming tile (with a stop at the built-in Miele coffee system) it is an amazing space first thing in the morning, and so open and easy to cook in it's hard to believe it's real.”

The pricing was fair and competitive, especially when we added on some minor work in our other bathrooms and they were able to work us into their schedule quickly. From start to finish the communication was great, they were clear with us on what we could and could not do with the space, gave suggestions, were flexible with changes, and handled problems or unforeseen issues efficiently. We picked out and/or bought our finishes and materials, and then D. Higgins Construction took care of the rest. They worked quickly and cleanly, always tidying up before leaving for the day, and shared updates along the way. “We hired Stamilton to remodel our master bathroom. We found the experience working with them as promised. As often recomended, we interviewed 3 different contractors but decided on stamilton (even though they were more expensive) because they focused just on bathrooms. We are very pleased with the results of our bathroom. The workman were friendly. Doug the owner told us there could be small details or issues that we would notice over the course of initial use after they finished. We let them know about a couple of things and they came right over and took care of them.”

“If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Everyone I interacted with at Diamond Bath was very responsive, friendly and professional. The designer, Carrie, was outstanding to work with and made the entire process very easy. She designed our bathroom upgrade based upon our tastes and it turned out better than we could have imagined. I loved the website they use that makes it easy to pick out and confirm all of the details. Bob and the crew who worked at our house were very professional and left the house clean every day. We had one minor adjustment needed after the project was completed, and they responded and adjusted it for us within 20 minutes. Amazing! They are a local run company that feels like family. I will recommend them to several of our neighbors looking for similar work and will definitely use them again for any future work we need.”

“I can't say enough how much we appreciated Adam and Ed and Nick at Area Flooring & Tile. We had a concrete and flooring disaster thanks to a previous contractor's poor job when we finished our basement 5 years ago. Ed and Adam worked with us to figure out how best to remedy the mess we had to fix, and Nick and Juan did a fantastic job with the repair work. It was an unfortunate situation, but all the guys were just extremely nice and understanding. They were also very responsive and always called me back and took time to address all of our questions/concerns. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Area Flooring & Tile and I would absolutely use their services again.”
