His crew gave us daily updates, were respectful of our neighbors (we have a small lot), and if there was a delay besides Mother Nature, we were informed. They kept our back yard cleaned up at the end of each day, and when they were done, nothing was left behind. They even swept out the garage when it was completely finished. We could tell the employees liked what they were doing and who they were working for. When we had any questions or concerns, Chuck or Caroline responded back right away.
