“Team Aguirre has completed several projects for us. On one occasion they not only added a bay window to our dark living room, opening it to a gorgeous view of our wooded property, but they completed it on a tight deadline, mostly in the rain! At the same time they detected a problem with an existing deck that was a safety issue and took care of that as well. We have been very happy with the Aguirre's work; they are skilled and creative in their work, have an excellent work ethic and are pleasant to work with. He knows his products - positives and limitations - and describes them without bias. Jim comes across as an advisor, not a high pressure salesperson. He provides a clear plan and estimates of costs. Once we decided to accept his proposal, he personally came on site to measure and then deliver a detailed set of plans. In our case, we were very involved in the design process - which included making some changes to Jim's preliminary drawings. He was fine with that - and liked our input. Delivery went as planned. “Mr. Koval recently did a complete bathroom remodel: tear-out, re-routing some plumbing, adding electrical outlets, tiling floors, shower walls and shower floor, installing all fixtures, low flow toilet, vanities, lights, adding new baseboards, and painting ceilings and walls. Excellent work, done within agreed upon time, careful about protecting walls and floors leading to the work area, and at very reasonable cost. Granite countertop with undermount sinks was provided by East Coast Granite - also good workmanship, good quality, professional installation, and low cost compared to "box stores".”

“We recently remodeled our 1990s master bathroom to a modern Bali-Style retreat. Our design is unusual and we became frustrated after visiting two large local tile stores that just couldn’t embrace our concept. We were referred to Ashley and she was incredible. Instantly she grasped our ideas and pulled together tile selections in a matter of minutes that worked perfectly. Her next question was “What color paint are you going to use?” and she pulled out paint selections to make a fabulous recommendation even though she didn’t even sell paint. Throughout our project she was the calm in the storm as the typical remodeling issues arose and she provided suggested solutions at every turn.
