“Excellent and Highly Recommend!!! I made the first statement short and sweet for those who don't have time to read this entire review. My renovation project began as a significant renovation to the exterior of the home, with Terry doing a significant portion of the interior work required as I expanded and updated bathrooms and upper decking of the house. The house was then impacted by one of the other contractors who failed to perform which caused damage to the home. Terry and team were on site and did everything possible to assist me to try to mitigate the issues even though it was not really their responsibility. The project then became significantly larger as we gutted about 70% of the interior of the home. Terry and team painted completed trim and finish work as well as assisted with helping me find contractors for the portions they did not do. Terry and team were great and he's a guy you can count on to get things done AND finish them properly. Thanks Terry really appreciate it.”

“The team we had were polite, curtious and respectful. We our floor raised, hardwood floors installed, a sliding French door and trim around the windows and doors. We also had Mark custom build a mantel for our fireplace and it turned out awesome. It looks much better than any one you could purchase. The craftsman cleaned up each night. Micheal came by after the job was finished to walk through the project. We has minor issues with he had someone out the next day to take care of the problem. I would diffenty recommend My Handy Craftsman.”

“Our kitchen presented a unique challenge - it is in the shape of a triangle. Everyone we spoke with suggested a rectangle island - and we felt that simply wouldn't work in the space. We met with Steve and were so impressed with his willingness to "think outside of the box". He listened to us, took our ideas and within days had a plan for our kitchen that was exactly what we wanted and more! Not only was the staff at Steven's Kitchens great to work with, but every sub we dealt with was courteous and professional. Our kitchen came in within the time promised and on budget.”

Owner Jason Smith was able to created a new design the actually gave me more counter & cabinet space. The choice of colors to match my desired look was exceptional. The crew were always on time and considerate of my time and worked well with us. The job was complete within a few weeks. Would use Total Construction again for any remodeling or plumbing services! “We had to call Precision Bath Design because of a remodel gone wrong. We had called 10 different companies but we were immediately impressed with how knowledgeable Josh was. He not only pointed out what we knew to be wrong with the previous companies job but other things that should have been done differently as well. They also gave us not the cheapest price, but a fair price (Living in Heathrow, companies sometimes feel they can mark up the price and PBD didn't try to take advantage in this way.) The team worked seamlessly. The demo guy was done in just one morning, yes just hours, and left the house clean. The plumber installed the piping and bathtub in less than a day. Both doing wonderful jobs. Then the installer arrived and let me tell you, Uira Pinto is the man that you want to finish the job! He is maybe the most important guy on the job because his work is what everyone will see. He poured out his heart into the tile/grout job for three full days. He worked meticulously hour after hour making sure it was perfect and it was perfect. The job he did left us astounded. The lines were perfect and the grouting not too deep or full. Grouting was entirely even. Mr. Pinto loves what he does and it show in his work. After having the bathroom redone by PBD we were so impressed we, a family of four, all kept going back to look at the wonderful job they have corrected for us. Amazing company, it took a whole team and they each did the job beyond expectation. Thank you PBD and we highly recommend you to anyone needing any kind of bathroom work.”
