Then the finale the quartz worktop came, and the team again where quick, professional and thorough. From Lucy and Elvis's attention to detail and follow up calls, they went above and beyond for us, I can't rave enough about them all. A painfree seamless process, an excellent price and great communication, why would you go anywhere else !!! nothing was a problem I cant but praise Elvis and Lucy with more future success and give only, but positive comments. ““I can honestly say that dealing with hobsons|choice was a pleasure from start to finish. They were the only kitchen company who actually listened to the brief, and came back with drawings and designs which not only reflected what we wanted, but incorporated some brilliant new ideas. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their showrooms were so comprehensively equipped that I have ended up with a far better range of kitchen hardware than I had ever known existed – I cannot now imagine life without a steam oven, let alone my boiling water tap! Or the induction hob, come to that. They took responsibility for the whole project from start to finish, so that there was a seamless process from initial conversation through to returning home to a beautiful kitchen (with flowers, basic food and a bottle of champagne kindly provided by Richard Carter and his team). Our trust in hobsons|choice was entirely justified, and their after-sales service has been superb. There were no panic phone calls or queries while we were away, and we came back to find everything was perfect (except that after 48 hours of travel I had to ring them to find out how to work the coffee machine!).
