“Three years ago, I had the pleasure of working with Gretchen Roach of Kitchen Interiors, LLC to do a complete teardown and rebuild of the kitchen in my 1960s house. “My HAVC unit was going bad and I contacted Lowes about having someone come out and look at it. When the appointment came, I had a Lowes employee and a contractor show up. After checking the unit and making recommendations on what I needed, the Lowes employee called the Lowes credit card company and got my limit raised up on my Lowes card. The contractor made arrangements to have his employees come out a few days later and put the unit in. Everyone involved were courteous and explained all aspects of what they were doing. Everyone was very professional and I would recommend this store to anyone that is going to have any home improvement done. Was a pleasure doing business with them.”

His advice was spot on and he was extremely helpful with sourcing little details like the perfect kitchen sink that were important to me. I love to cook with my daughter and to entertain. Tom listened to those kitchen uses that were very important to me and gracefully incorporated those desires/needs into the existing space that we had to work around. I am a Realtor so I'm always in and out of other people's homes and see a lot of great kitchens. Since I've had mine redone, I haven't seen any kitchen I like as much as my own--even in homes that cost 2 or 3 times more than my own. The only downside is that my husband and I want to downsize in a few years but I hate the thought of leaving my gorgeous and highly functional kitchen!”
