“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! “Susanne is an excellent contractor! We used her for the first time on a small bathroom remodel in our condo. We were so pleased with that project that we hired her for our huge master bathroom project. Years later, we decided to sell our condo and we sold it in 3 days....because the bathrooms were so amazing! We decided to buy a house on the gulf so we had Susanne go along with us to give us her expert opinions on all the properties we viewed. She helped us pick a house with great bones! 3 years later, we have the most amazing, totally updated and remodeled house on the beach! She has been with us from purchase to completion and for every ‘tweek’ since then! I can say without reservation that you will not be disappointed when you work with VanSelow Design Build!”

“My Wife and I hired Rick McGuire to do a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. He also installed cabinets over the desk area, new bi-fold doors covering the washer and dryer and replaced both windows in the front of the condo. They had to tear out the entire kitchen, raise the ceiling in the kitchen, install new lighting and glass tile back splash, replace both vanities and replace the entire master bath shower. The job took longer than expected but Rick and his crew were perfectionists. They also encountered plumbing problems in both baths and had to reconfigure two of the kitchen cabinets since there was a 4” pipe located behind the cabinets. While he was working on the project he always returned my phone calls and always showed up when scheduled. I would highly recommend Rick McGuire Construction for any home improvement.”

“Amin went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and samples. Had bathroom, hall, kitchen & dining room floor finished in ceramic wood grain tile. Also, had both bathroom toilets replaced. Amin and his employees were very professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them for future work.”

Because of his exemplary work ethic, customer service and quality of work, we are having his company back to lead the effort on our upcoming kitchen and mudroom renovations.
