“We have never had a contractor/designer come into our home. It was a big step. However, I roughly explained my project to Keith and OMG, he helped me develop it to what it is today. He budgeted the job appropriately and was open to design changes. Keith and his team were polite, professional and prompt during their time in our home. We were confident that when they said they arrive they arrived and the job finished timely!! The workmanship on my basement remodel was phenomenal. “As a designer of luxury additions and kitchens, I prefer to recommend the general contractor so I know my client will get top notch treatment. There are a few great ones in this town. But in this case the client brought the contractor in, and what a pleasant surprise it has been! Brian Oltmanns and his project manager Mike have been wonderful to work with. The level of communication between them and the clients, who naturally are inquisitive about a process of which they know little, has been fantastic. Their subcontractors are excellent. They have exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Central Construction. I look forward to working with them again. I will post project photos at a later date.”

“This business employs professional people who are very knowledgable of their skill and are excellent at developing plans that utilize every bit of space. The products are of very high quality. Price is average but then again if you buy cheap you get cheap. They stand behind their products that are custom built if need be, so there is nothing cheap here. Keep up the great work!!!”
