Arthur was very patient and listened to our needs and wants in designing our kitchen. He worked within our budget and most importantly, our life style. Arthur's goal was to create a kitchen that was appropriate for our family, and HE DID! Arthur was a pleasure to work with and ALWAYS returned a phone call and/or email, which was very important. In addition, Arthur worked very closely with our contractor, which was extremely helpful. Arthur also assisted us in attaining the look we were after by making great recommendations for cabinetry (color and styling), counter tops, island, and back splash. He is detail oriented. We were provided with samples and never felt rushed. We were always welcomed in the show room. Also very happy with quality of cabinetry. We also used Majestic to template our countertops and island. Amy is professional, creative, trustworthy, reliable and has always been helpful whenever I call, email or text. Our Brookhaven cabinets are lovely. The finish on the white cabinets is terrific. The cherry wood island is the perfect anchor for our kitchen. All of the extras including pull outs, lazy susans, soft close drawers and cabinets function perfectly. We love the glass mullions, deep drawers, oversized pulls and the trim detail in the kitchen and master bath. We especially appreciate that Columbia CabinetWorks and Brookhaven stands behind their product and if something isn't completely right, it's replaced immediately. Amy, you and Columbia CabinetWorks exceeded our expectations.
