“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“My wife and I hired Steve Quinn and his team to remodel our kitchen in late 2013, and it came out spectacular - far more elegant than we ever imagined. We must have interviewed 7 other contractors, and we were so gratified we went with Steve. Deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, scrupulous about every detail, straightforward about everything, highly procedural about documentation and project milestones, and a man you can trust. Plus Steve has a terrific designer on his team, Ling Antido, who understands the subtleties of influencing her clients design decisions. Whereas I credit Steve with the quality of our remodeled kitchen, it was Ling who guided us through our design decisions. We will turn to them for our next project, without hesitation.”

“OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“Our experience with Concept Remodels started by us walking in to their office. We were greeted by Mark who had some time before his next appointment was to arrive. We explained what we wanted and shared our vision. He immediately took our vision and made suggestions and even showed us some cabinet samples. We left feeling like we made the right stop. A few days later Mark came to our home and the conversation continued, his expertise and attention to detail was obvious. With Mark's direction and experience we came up with a great plan, some decisions yet to be made but convinced we picked the right company. Mark did a great job of designing exactly what we wanted ! We signed the Contract and soon after Mark brought over the Project Manager Tommy Jefferson to introduce us and go over the job once more. TOMMY dbl. checked all of the measurements while he was there. Once we hit the start date Tommy & his crew hit the job hard. We had some existing conditions that presented a challenge so the demo was done to allow discovery and come up with a plan. Once the plan was made, the challenge was overcome. Thru out the entire project tommy made sure Orlando's crew had what they needed to keep the job moving. From start to finish we are very satisfied and recommend Concept Remodels !”

Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”
