“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. “Emery Design & Woodwork (Ryan and his team) did an outstanding job on our stairway remodel!!! We went from drab white spindles & boring carpet to fab rod iron spindles and solid hardwood stairs. :) They were very polite, timely, courteous, conscientious, and paid great attention to detail. They finished the project in the time they promised (major bonus!). If we had questions they took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Ryan was always available to answer our questions and hear our suggestions (and, believe me, we are very particular with our home!). Last minute changes weren't an issue for this team - they really wanted to make the customer happy (and they definitely did!). :) Bottom line - they were fabulous to work with and our stairway is now transformed into a lovely showcase!!! :) Thanks again, Ryan and team, you guys are true professionals!!! :)”

“Completely gutted kitchen and one bathroom. Updated master and half bath. Wonderful company! Contractor/owner, Virgil, is honest and very particular about job being done and monitors closely. The tradesmen were outstanding. Beautiful work and very respectful of our home keeping it as clean as possible. We couldn't have asked for a better finished product. We would recommend this company to anyone. Might I add that we got three bids on our project. Kitchen Expo was not the least expensive but were the most professional and promptly responded to every question we had during our decision process. Cudos to Sandy also who gives a great, warm first impression when you walk the the showroom.”

“Runyan Brothers Construction is the best! From the moment I met Scot he was professional and compassionate at the same time. We asked a lot of Scot and his team we wanted to be back home in 90 days to celebrate my twin granddaughters 1st birthday. His team began with demolition of the the house lost to fire. They worked diligently and handed me keys to my home in 88 days. They worked closely with my insurance company keeping the project within the budget. Scot offered guidance showing his knowledge and experience in his field while respecting me and my choices. Everyone working on the project was respectful my family (visiting daily) and of my neighbors (keeping the area safe).”

“I've been a contractor for 12 years and this is the first internet site I've ever bought cabinets off of. I was really hesitant in the beginning but they came on the manufacturers truck and were hand delivered by the manufacturers guys. I've only had to replace 2 hinges but other than that everything arrived correctly. Wouid absolutely use again.”
