“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“This is a husband-and-wife team. Renee handles the design and Ken acts as the contractor. Renee did a wonderful job helping us design our kitchen so that it functions well, and is stunningly beautiful. I showed her a photo of a kitchen that I loved the "feel" of, and she was able to give us the same feel without copying the individual elements of the kitchen I admired, and we were able to incorporate many custom features that are particularly useful to our family and lifestyle. Also, I was impressed that our kitchen is a very different style from other kitchens she has designed, reflecting my husband's and my taste. She has a wonderful eye for color and style, and was able to guide us and tell us if she thought something we liked might not look right (and she was correct). Ken manages his subcontractors very well, so that the construction schedule runs smoothly and the project is finished in a timely manner. Also, the quality of the people he hires is very high, and I was very comfortable having them in my home without supervision.”

“I have renovated many apartments and homes in my day, often with less than helpful contractors. So you can imagine my delight to find Agalliu Contracting after we interviewed many firms. They are determined that you end up with a product that you want. Matt works closely with you to pick out the finishes and determine design. Once we agreed on a price there was no hesitation on their part on what finishes we wanted or design changes that were required. Matt and his dad are truly craftsman and want you to be satisfied. It is not to say we didn’t have a few bumps in the road but they handled them like professionals. Our total kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation is exactly what we wanted and the price we agreed. Now that’s a great company. I recommend them without hesitation.”

“My husband & I decided that after 29 well used years, our kitchen needed to be redone. We had an idea of what we wanted, but mostly it was a feeling. A country kitchen with an updated look was what we were thinking of. Carmi at Broadway Kitchen & Baths was extremely helpful in translating our "feeling" into a renovation plan. She suggested cabinets that were beautiful and affordable. The expertise in planning the lay out was evident. We always had the feeling that someone was looking out for us and our project. From the cabinet choices to the installation, the professionals at Broadway Kitchens & Baths, were great. We love our new kitchen, and plan to recommend them to our friends!”

Their attention do detail and workmanship is outstanding, and they completed the project in just over 4 weeks. I now have the kitchen I've dreamt about for 14 years and I enjoy it every day.”
