“Dave Callas is the owner of the company and was great to work with from day one. HV Renovations was recommended by my mortgage broker. We were buying a new home and wanted to put in a new kitchen, remove some walls and relocate a sliding glass door and a couple windows. We financed the project through a renovation loan with Wells Fargo and we were at the 11th hour in terms of getting our plans to Wells and we just weren't happy with the pricing and relationship we had with the contractor we had been working with. The project included the almost total re-building of the main house: entry, living room, office-library, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; the fireplace chimney required an interior reconstruction; the large open porch has become a delightful 3-season room; and the separate garage was insulated, sheet-rocked, painted. In addition. It was evident that all of the sub-contractors hold this contractor and his associates in the highest regard. In addition, at the end of each work-day, the job-site was left in mint condition. It would be a privilege to recommend RoSal as an experienced, knowledgeable, reliable and ethical contractor.”
