“James and Taeo Kwon Builders built a beautiful rear entrance with a mudroom closet, bathroom with shower and closet along with a covered patio. They finished on time and on budget despite numerous design changes along the way. They were flexible and accommodating. Their workmanship is superb. They use PVC boards for trim and Hardie cement siding that never has to be painted and will never rot. The tile in the bathroom and floors was laid precisely. They included extras such as a decorative niche and small closet for cleaning supplies in the bathroom and amazingly attractive finishing touches on the covered patio post.”

“Sandra is wonderful to work with. She guided us smoothly and kept us from making mistakes. She has a great way of saying you really don't want to do that......she would say "you could do that". Her knowledge of the cabinet makers available allowed us to have a spectacular looking and extremely functional kitchen. “Scott and his team helped me create my dream craft room. We used Ikea drawers but made them look built in. Scott and his team also created three shelves for the room, one having roll out shelves. They also created wooden countertops in a specific size for my needs. They were fantastic to work with, always making sure they cleaned up everyday and put all their tools away. I would definitely work with them again and have already asked him to help me with another project!”

“Bathroom shower remodel - new tile, new shower pan, new shower enclosure Kitchen ceiling repair Basement ceiling repair Installed new light fixtures Painted Randy Iacone is the most professional contrator I have ever dealt with. He is a pleasure to deal with. Randy was very amenable to changes we made in the plans after the work had begun, and offered timely advice on the remodel. The work was done superbly. The crews were very experienced. The various crews arrived at our house as scheduled and on time. The workers were very diligent in focusing on the job at hand. Cleanup after the work was outstanding. You wouldn't know crews had been going in and out of the house. I will definitely recommend Randy to anyone.”

“MDC provided a full kitchen remodel, including custom cabinetry, appliances, countertops and lighting. The project focus was on improved functionality within a limited amount of square footage. The entire experience was wonderful! The designers at MDC were very easy to work with and understood our specific needs. There were no major surprises in either the product or budget. The project timeline was tight and was completed on time and on budget. MDC also helped to facilitate donation of usable, pre-existing cabinetry and countertop. Not only was the final product beautiful, but we gained at least 30% more storage in the process. Thanks to Andie and Stephanie for a great experience!”

“Chris Cardinale the owner is who I hired to be the general contractor and complete a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room. His creativity turned an old house that needed updating to a show piece. He is not only skilled but an honest, consummate professional. Prices are also most fair. Nothing better than a contractor who shows up on time and the days scheduled and on top of it on a daily basis,leaves your house cleaner than when he arrived.”

“Paradise installed a retractable sun setter type awning over a large deck. We were very happy with their work and recommended them to our daughter who had a subsequent similar installation. We called them back go replace a shower. They helped us design a tile patern. The design was very unique per our interest. They located some of the required items which weren't available in our area. We are very pleased with the quality installation of the intriquite design. We have had many compliments on the work. Paradise was very responsive to our requests. They kept a work schedule as laid out and completed the job on time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!”

“Keryn Stokes was delightful to work with and kept me within my budget. She provided guidance on color schemes, door pulls, and what to include in each cabinet. She made herself available to meet with me, even on a moments notice. This was a long process for me as I decided what to put in my kitchen, she was very gracious, never got irritated because I was taking so long to make decisions. Very professional”
