“Makaj was the general contractor for a gut bathroom renovation that we ordered through Block Renovation. We had no familiarity with the company, but we were immediately impressed by both their thoroughness and professionalism. Despite some hiccups with inspections and permits, they handled all issues without a hassle or effort. I was also impressed with the overall quality of the subcontractors who were used. There were some minor issues that cropped up, but Joe immediately attended to them and ensured we were satisfied before signing off on the project. There were no corners cut. At the end of the day, everything was done right. I would be happy to use them for other projects. You can't take for granted having a comfort level with a G.C.”

“CHP Home renovations was the best choice I made when we started our home renovations. Ludwin is responsive, thorough, pays attention to details, and is on time. He is reasonable with pricing and you can simply tell he loves what he does. Him and his crew are so sweet, and leave everything clean and done to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend his services. Finding a good reliable contractor is the hardest thing, as unfortunately most of them aren't good.”
