“I bought a house that was almost 60 years old. Besides requiring new wiring and plumbing, the bathrooms were both ugly and functioned poorly. I hired on the ball because they had redone the bathrooms in my previous residence and I had been very happy with the results.
They worked well with a team of guys to bring my house up to livability and secured all correct council permissions for me to install a bathroom in my basement which was to become my studio. One of On the Balls great strengths is that they pays attention not only to the functionality of the spaces they alter but to the aesthetics and to small details that could easily be overlooked.
The main bathroom was tiny and inconvenient. Shane knocked out the linen closet next to it creating much more space and a perfect place for the bathtub. He installed a heater and good lighting. Again, because i am short, he installed the shower at a height that works for me. Besides the fittings the advice on selecting everything from flooring, to tiles to tubs and sinks has been invaluable.
Shane and James have good taste combined with his sensitivity to my needs, extensive knowledge of materials and processes and his ability to think outside the box have created a home I love to live in and inviting to my friends. Thanks guys”

“We have engaged Tracy’s services on two occasions – for our residential home and then again for a rental property.
We were already well into a major renovation when we realised we needed help and sought Tracy’s assistance with all the finishing touches and furnishing. Tracy completely transformed our home – choosing all the paint colours, wall paper, light fittings, furniture, curtains and even ornaments. We loved the new look and really appreciated someone taking charge and organising everything for us. She was able to co-ordinate all the trades and oversee their work, making the whole exercise a stress free experience.
The second property was a rental which was looking very tired and dated. We sought Tracy’s assistance to do a mini renovation and makeover on a very limited budget as intended putting it on the market to sell. Again Tracy organised all the trades and chose all the finishing touches to present the house to sell. She transformed a dated 1980’s townhouse into a modern bright marketable home. Most importantly the property sold for the asking price in a very competitive market.
We would most certainly engage Tracy’s services again and happy to recommend her to anyone considering a mini makeover to re-decorate or renovate.”

Any minor issues were dealt with immediately and our job was finished in the timeframe supplied. Price wise not the cheapest but we are extremely happy with the final result. Sam and the team are very professional and their experience means...no mistakes only perfection. The teams working ability is nothing short of amazing. “QN Designs made our kitchen renovation such an effortless experience. Right from the start they impressed us with their prompt service and product knowledge. David Do from sales and marketing came to our house to measure our kitchen and seek information about our expectations on a Friday morning and we were sitting in QN's Morley Head Office the next afternoon looking at two designs to choose from. They were the only company that we had quotes from that made us think outside the box. The incredible designs were in 3D and offered ideas we had not even thought about.
We were never pressured and both David and Ha's attitude, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Their quote was very acceptable and the Tradesmen they recommended for the plumbing, gas, electricity, flooring and plastering were excellent. All the tradesmen arrived on time according to the project schedule for our kitchen and flooring installation and the finish date was met accordingly. It only took 10 days from start to finish to install the kitchen and lay the floorboards which was incredible.
David and Ha always made themselves available to answer any concerns and queries we had as the project progressed. We were over the moon with the finished result and it exceeded our initial expectations. Other family members were so impressed with our kitchen that they have also sought QN Designs to renovate their kitchen. The results speak for themselves in quality and design.
We are now renovating our 2 bathrooms and did not even bother getting quotes from other companies. We went straight to QN Deisgns. The excellent service has not wavered since our last dealings with them and David and Ha welcomed us like friends when we walked into the shop. This company comes highly recommended.”
