“My kitchen transformed from an 80th kitchen with brown and dated cabinets to a modern chic kitchen with an elegant look in which I wanted to accomplished for awhile. from conceptual stage to completion, I was well attended by the wonderful team and project manager/ designer. At the conceptual stage, I was assitend by the designer for all material selecting and purchasing, color coordinating and other decision making. Throughout the construction I have received daily updates as to what is next, my house kept clean, and all my questions were addressed right away. Now I get to enjoy my beautiful kitchen. I thank this great team of people that made this happen and will highly recommend them to my friends and family”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Our kitchen, master bath, guest bath, and laundry all have the Falcone 'touch', and we couldn't be happier. In three separate projects over the course of a year, we had James and his crews turn our very normal living areas into quite spectacular - but still functional - parts of our home. James was on budget and on time, his crews are talented and polite, they clean up their work spaces each day (a particularly nice touch over the course of a complete gutting of the kitchen down to the studs when one has to use the dining room table as the 'kitchen'), and he keeps the homeowner informed of necessary changes. The strongest recommendation I can give is that he and his crews are meticulous; nothing shoddy will be covered up by plaster or drywall. Obviously, I would hire them again for remodeling, and I have recommended them to friends.”

“Before selling our house, we wanted to upgrade our kitchen and guest bathroom so we called Ashley. She was happy to come to our home with her contractor for a free estimate. Ashley provided a 3-D drawing of what the new kitchen would look like and she provided design suggestions as well. She told me that the project would take 2 weeks and she delivered! I was always worried that unexpected budget "blowers" would come up but fortunately we didn't have that issue. We were able to finish the project close to the original estimated price. It's hard to find honest contractors but Ashley and her team are very hardworking and honest. She doesn't try to upsell you and there were no hidden fees. She goes above and beyond to help. Another great thing is that she is very responsive via email, phone, or text which was very helpful. When we get our next house, we will be calling her again! Highly recommended!”
