My 1972 cottage had some significant structural "issues": drafty storm windows, poorly insulated, and a sloping floor. Greg was very detailed in providing several quotes based upon what I thought I wanted to do. He is very patient and willing to offer advice if you wish, but ultimate decisions are of course yours. He is also a wonderful problem solver - a framing nail had worked its way out and left an entryway for rain water ... leaking into my new space! Greg found it, fixed it, and tested to make sure the hole was plugged. He also helped with identifying some gutter / roofing problems. More than anything, I have peace of mind . I now feel confident, safe, and comfortable in my home and truly love the space. Lastly, Greg is very respectful - from the first site visit, to providing a comprehensive quote, to taking changes in stride ("just one more thing") to keeping a tidy work site.
