“For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!”

“Ken Fritz and team work is of the highest quality I have ever experienced. More important than the quality of their craftsmanship is their character and integrity, the best which is why I write this! They are Christian Men with incredible skill and talent that I trust, they are professionals, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, kind and very respectful of others (neighbors). They deliver the best quality of work hands down within budget on or before time. I have referred many friends and neighbors to Ken and team over the last 6 years and they all have experienced the same. This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! Overall a great experience and a good team of people to go to for expertise in the industry and honest answers to your remodeling and new building questions.”

“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“Andrew Doscher has extensive knowledge and experience about getting a remodel done. He worked with me on the design for my bathroom and made excellent suggestions. His work and the work of his subs (Plumber Dave Robbin, electrician Creative Electric (Joe), and Charter Oak Flooring (Bobby Zurell), Oasis Glass was top notch. The bathroom was gutted completely on one side - ceramic floor up, large tub out, shower out, a wall cut down and moved, new subfloor installed so that there was not shower lip, dry walling, taping and finishing, new shower pan and drain, new tub, new tile floor, new tiled shower, tile surround for tub and surround for existing sink vanity, new lighting, plumbing moved, new automatic fan, new shower doors. It was a very large project and required precise coordination. the result is beautiful and very functional - everything I wanted.”
