“My husband and I hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodeling project after a long search for a reliable company. We did not hesitate to go with them after going over the details. We started off by calling them to get an estimate. Their schedule was pretty busy (which is a good thing!) but managed to find us a perfect date and time. The designer that came out was very knowledgeable and nice. He was kind enough to propose his ideas while encouraging us with our own. He took some measurements and left. We received our estimate via email couple days after the initial meeting with a kind invitation to go to their showroom for selection making. The proposal seemed to fit our plan so we went by with great excitement. They have a very nice designed showroom with a wide range of tiles, granite, cabinets and etc. to choose from. They were very professional. They took a note of every selection we made. We finally sat down to go over our design and the contract. We didn't hesitate to sign and to give deposit. We were given a project start date not too far from signing of the contract. The date of the construction, the crew and the project manager came at the time they promised. Project manager went over the changes with everyone. This made us feel extremely happy and comfortable! The crew started off by covering areas in the house for protection. They were very respectful of our property and belongings. They came and left at the same time every day. Project manager constantly stopped by whenever he could to check the progress on the site. We were able to contact our designer whenever we wanted to during their operating business hours. Construction debris was picked up everyday as well. Project went pretty smooth overall and they were able to finish a day before they told us. They work on schedule and are very professional. We are extremely satisfied with the total outcome. Everything turned out to be much better than what we had expected. It was worth to spend every penny (even my husband thinks so). We gladly recommened VKB and Kemal (our designer) to everyone. Our family and friends love our new kitchen. We will definitely be in touch with Virginia Kitchen and Bath for any upcoming projects. Thank you VKB”

We had a bit of a complicated situation where we had to work with insurance due to flooding but emre was patient and so helpful in my fights with the insurance company. “I love my new tub and tile. I am likely to hire this company again for my Kitchen remodel after a few other higher priority jobs are done. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.”

“Joe and his team are simply the best at what they do! I initially hired them to remodel my master bath and when that turned out so beautiful and was done in less time. I hired them again to remodel my kitchen and other small renovations around the house. “Denny and Gardner revamped our deck and created a screened-in living space. They did a wonderful job with a number of very creative small enhancements/ideas along the way that really added to the end result. One of those nice touches was installing stained bead board on the inside face of the roof so instead of looking at plywood, we are looking at tongue and groove. Jason, Norm and Brandon have great taste and a real sense of pride in their work. Detail oriented and creative is how I would sum them up. And the folks working at D+G have been there for many, many years...from the management to the carpenters, electricians, etc. Oh, and 6 months after installation there was an issue with one of he floor planks (timbertek) which was being pushed up from below. They came out quickly, found the issue, fixed the problem and there was never any doubt they would make it right.”

The estimations were accurate as far as costs go - we knew how much we were going to spend and the billing/payments were milestone driven. The design process was interactive (they used a 3D software to show us what the design would look like before construction). They were able to accommodate our design needs effectively. The quality of the materials delivered were excellent. The installers were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up every day and were skillful. Overall - We are happy with the quality of work and will use them again at the next opportunity.”
