“We had our bathroom in a Flat in a Victorian terraced house converted into a wet room by Alban, who previously created a wet room in our daughter's flat. Everything went totally smoothly from the design process right through to completion to a very high standard. Alban and his co-worker arrived each day as planned and were unfailingly courteous, caring of our property and very efficient. Alban was always ready to respond to particular requests along the way and the finished result is a delight to us. Alban returned to remedy a small fault that developed in a sink drain plug and otherwise everything has been perfect. We have unhesitatingly made some personal recommendations of Alban's work which have been taken up and feel entirely happy to recommend his work more widely. These are the reasons we are delighted to provide a five star award.”

The whole team was absolutely fantastic, and very helpful, especially Simon, with whom I have had a few design meetings before proposing the design to the clients. What I valued was a true collaboration with the interior designer, but also professionalism when it comes to the management of the installation, which has been a challenge, very well handled by the assigned project manager and the team.
