As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. Perhaps best of all, Tom and his team tread lightly in our home during the remodel and found no unforeseen problems. “KCBR has done 2 complete bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel for us. The results are exactly what we wanted. We are extremely pleased with the quality of KCBR's work , and the professionalism of all of Anthony's staff. Anthony is tremendous at keeping great communication throughout the whole process. COVID-19 broke out during our kitchen reno and Anthony managed to safely get our project completed, despite the setback of the impacts the virus had on the situation. “We contracted with NextGen Remodeling for a redo of our master bathroom. What a fantastic experience! We will certainly use them again the next time we need remodeling or renovation work done. After realizing we never used the tub in our bathroom and having a need for a larger more accessible and updated shower as well as a second vanity, we decided to have the work done. I did a lot of research on remodeling companies in the area and became convinced that NextGen Remodeling would do an outstanding job for us. I was not wrong! We initially met with Alex and then Taylor to discuss our needs and wants. Not everything we wanted was going to be so easy to make happen, but the team came up with creative solutions to give us the bathroom we dreamed of. Austin was assigned to our project which lasted about six weeks. Austin is one of the hardest workers I have ever witnessed. His attention to detail was amazing. He settles for nothing less than perfection. I was blown away by his work ethic and how neat and clean he left our home each evening. The quality of the sub contractors were also impressive from painters to tile setters to granite and glass fabrication and installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of these craftsmen in my home again. We are so pleased with the final product. I highly recommend NextGen Remodeling.”

“We had an amazing experience working with Premium Cabinet Studio. The cabinets are great quality for a much better price than the big box stores. They also spent a lot of time helping us design the perfect layout for our kitchen. Their customer service was incredible! They came by our house several times to ensure the delivery and installation went smoothly and went out of their way to be available to us outside of typical business hours. We were also able to use Premium Cabinet Studio for our granite counter tops, which was convenient. We also felt like we got a great price for high quality granite, with a very professional installation. We would highly recommend them for any of your kitchen needs!”

“Jim Atkins took care of the bidding process. He listened to what we wanted to accomplish and provided his professional opinion about our goals. His bid included a thorough list of the work to be performed, an estimated cost for cabinets, flooring, appliances, plumbing, electrical, glass, windows, etc. He also provided a couple of alternatives for us to consider. One of the most attractive things about Country Club Builders is the fact that they don't start a job until all of the materials are ready. Once they start a job, their project lead stays on the job until it's completed. They worked about 24 consecutive weekdays to complete our extensive remodel. They sealed the kitchen off from the rest of the house to cut down on construction dust circulating throughout the house and they cleaned up daily. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. We will consider using them again if we decide to make additional changes to our home.”

“Mike Engeman, owner of Dream Rooms, has been our "go to" remodel contractor for a long series of upgrades to our home over the past five years.. He has done a tremendous and skillful job in major upgrades including new master bath, totally remodeled kitchen, basement finishing, upgrades to powder room & laundry room, and building a spectacular built-in media center and dispaly/book case in our living room. Every project has been completed in a highly professional manner - creative high quality workmanship, on-budget starting with a beautifully detailed cost estimate and scope of work, and completed in a timely manner. Mike is a first-class contractor who we keep going back to for reliability, quality, and competitive price. Almost as important, Mike knows how to work very smoothly and honetly with his clients, and is just a pleasant, friendly, and cooperative guy to have in your home over what can be weeks of construction. Believe me this is important!! Mike mostly works alone and seemingly can do just about anything, although he does sometimes sub out small parts of a job. As a professional engineer, I have worked with construction contractors for 25 years, and I do not hesitate to give Mike and Dream Rooms the very highest rating possible.”
