Everyone was professional and friendly and the work was done on time and on budget. Loriann explained every step and there were no last minute unexpected (and unappreciated) surprises. A kitchen remodel is an expensive investment. I'm glad I went with South Bay Design Center and can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with their work and would not change one thing about my new kitchen.”

“Honesty and integrity is the company’s Moto and that is the truth. Not only did I get real stone from them but their pricing was great. My shower came out beautiful and I got the custom pan. Every other company wanted to put a cheap fiberglass pan. Highly recommend!”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Before selling our house, we wanted to upgrade our kitchen and guest bathroom so we called Ashley. She was happy to come to our home with her contractor for a free estimate. Ashley provided a 3-D drawing of what the new kitchen would look like and she provided design suggestions as well. She told me that the project would take 2 weeks and she delivered! I was always worried that unexpected budget "blowers" would come up but fortunately we didn't have that issue. We were able to finish the project close to the original estimated price. It's hard to find honest contractors but Ashley and her team are very hardworking and honest. She doesn't try to upsell you and there were no hidden fees. She goes above and beyond to help. Another great thing is that she is very responsive via email, phone, or text which was very helpful. When we get our next house, we will be calling her again! Highly recommended!”

“Great work! Great crew! We changed out carpet in one of the units. The "wood" floors open up floor plan. Providing a more spacious and beachy elegant sensation. Plus . We will never need to replace carpet again!”
