“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“Skydell Contracting did an amazing job. Although this was a Master Bath renovation, the project could be viewed as new construction. What a fabulous project this bathroom came to be. The project managers and the staff at Skydell were always professional. When issues did arise, the owner Richard Skydell was immediately there to ascertain the problem and was quick to offer options. We had some of our own ideas that were always welcomed. We would certainly recommend these folks who can handle everything for your home. The bathroom involved total demolition of the existing bath, new insulation and walls. New plumbing, water closet, installation of carrera stone work, electrical and all woodwork. We are very happy with the outcome.”

“We hired Blue Lotus last summer to help design our new master bathroom renovation and supply the cabinets. The bath needed to be taken down to the studs so every element had to be worked out. I knew the tile I wanted and the stone but needed help with everything else. The first thing Tracy recommended was to take out the small linen closet. It shocked me and added greatly to the material and construction cost, but it's the best thing we did. Ended up with a bigger shower and more storage room. Tracy managed the process, helping to choose the contractor, help me make decisions on time, then scheduling the main contractor's steps with the other suppliers. The finished bathroom is solid and beautiful and fits right in with our reproduction farmhouse.”

“After seeing 2 kitchens that Robinwood Kitchens had designed and hearing what a great job they did, my husband and I decided to see for ourselves if they could create the kind of kitchen we wanted while staying within our budget. They did!!! Rob and Rebecca were wonderful to work with. Rob met with us one evening, measured everything and REALLY listened to our ideas and concerns. I showed him pictures, and he was very knowledgeable about how to make it all work. When the design was complete, I went to their showroom, and Rebecca walked us through everything. “We hired Len's remodeling services for redoing our kitchen on our newly purchased house. We had a sales person come and see the old kitchen and started the design process. From the design to choosing all appliances and cabinets, Len's team was super engaged and helped us all the way. With the way we connected with him and his company workers, we decided to dothe complete house paint job and flooring. Len managed to package all costs and was the most competitive in the market. I got quote from 4 other providers from angies list (combined and individual work - kitchen, pain and floor). But decided to go with Len since I'm very impressed with the way the whole team worked together to bring all services parallel and finish the job. When we started the job, we found many problems with the house. There was a 1.5 inch sag on the front half of the house, which was promptly identified and corrected. This was a major work, creating supporting beams and columns. The team executed a phenomenal job on correcting all these issues in the house, which were unexpected. Len's team adjusted all their schedules and brought in the right experts from all directions to finish the job. I was kept informed and explained on all details fully to make sure I understand this fully. I was very confident that no one else could be this accomodative in a huge project like this. There were no breaks in the work and all the work were cleanly planned and executed to our fullest satisfaction. The huge part of this whole project was the communication channels we keep going between us and this company - I can pick up the phone and text/call anyone including Len and I would be able to sort or et information right there. This was the key to the whole project and was executed flawlessly. The workmen ship executed by Rocco and his team, the sales and technical team executed by Chris were all phenomenal. I'm so glad that I executed such a big project with Len's team. I would be doing/completing my basement and outdoor decking/landscaping in the spring and I'm very excited to work with them again. Thank you Len/Rocco/Chris on executing this project. The house is now completely changed, and so are our lives.”
