“I have worked with Marianne Kohlmann on many projects as an interior designer where I was the architect. I highly recommend her work either as a consultant to an architect or directly with the homeowner. She is sympathetic to the architecture of the home to arrive at solutions that fit the place, whether that be modern, Prairie/Organic, or traditional styling. She is also very organized and efficient, working well not only with architects and homeowners but various builders and tradespeople that will be constructing or remodeling these homes. Successful communication between all parties is very important in these projects and Marianne excels at this.”

“Having worked with Allen Kitchen and Bath for a number of years, either preparing Drawings for their Brookfield and Madison Retail Stores, solving Construction Structural Problems or just reviewing Existing Conditions at various Customer Residences, I have enjoyed my association with Gary and Laree immensely and have never once heard one of their Customers ever complain about their contacts with Allen Kitchen and Bath. “After 21 years dreaming of a kitchen remodel in our 1904 home (where we were married, on the front porch), we finally decided to do it. A friend recommended DE Contracting - they were working on a kitchen remodel for her, so we could see how things were going. My friend said she had never worked with a contractor who was so organized. She was right about that, and so much more. The crew was hard-working and just plain nice, the scheduling was seamless, and despite a few unexpected bumps in the road (there always are, especially with a 1904 home) our remodel was right on schedule and we absolutely love the result. The kitchen is simply a joy. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! Dan Ebbert & his DE Contracting are the best. We highly recommend them.”
