“I had my bathroom counter top replaced from cultured marble to a natural stone. I chose Travertine. It ended up having a spot in the front corner that I kept noticing every time I walked in the bathroom. The owner along with the salesman, Mickey, were so nice and easy to work with in replacing with a better option. When need be, I will always use this company.”

“We had a great experience with Jason Rasp of The Granite & Cabinet Factory! Jason suggested this beautiful white quartz as an alternative to Alabama White marble which can be a maintenance problem in a kitchen. Nine months later, the counter top is just as shiny as the day it was installed. All options were discussed thoroughly beforehand & Jason & his crew were very professional & knowledgeable. We look forward to using them again in the very near future!”

“We had our master bathroom shower remodeled back in Jan 2016... and by June 2016 it was already leaking and molding. We called Chris to rescue us, and he did! He was here within 5 minutes (yes, that is correct- 5 minutes!) to inspect it and give an estimate. We felt so comfortable after our meeting with him that we gave him a key so he could work while we were out of town. He did a phenomenal job- the shower looks better than it did before, and most importantly doesn't leak! I wish we would have known about Chris the first time around! Highly recommend. Great work, trustworthy, and timely- can't ask for more.”

If you are looking for a stressful time with cabinetry people, then don't come here because you will only experience professional and courteous people who make every effort to see that you are completely satisfied. From the beginning of the project, to then end, they made themselves available and communicated perfectly. The workmanship and quality of my cabinetry is exceptional. Bottom line, I would hire them again in a minute if I needed cabinetry done again. We are so happy we worked with Pinnacle! I would not do it any other way.”
