Neal's team headed by Frank Kuhlmeier and Paul Wittrock made the project flow seamlessly with a great outcome. Workmanship and quality is evident throughout. The vendors and subcontractors were equally top-notch. The completion punch list was nearly non-existent, due to the amount of detail paid during the actual construction. It was a joy to work with the Neal's team and I look forward to the next project.”

Corey and his team removed outdated and worn down countertops in the kitchen and replaced with custom and modern epoxy coatings on the countertops that makes the kitchen feel more like home. Corey also replaced the kitchen sink and lighting fixtures and offered his recommendation when I asked his opinion. The bathroom was completely redone with new paint for the walls, new tile for the floor, a new toilet, bathroom sink, and walk-in shower that looks fabulous! I couldn’t be happier with Unique Kreations work and would recommend this company to others and would hire again for any future work.”

“Harcon Construction has been my construction company of choice since 2001. They start your project and return everyday until its completion. They do affordable quality work and they believe in cleaning up their work area every day. They have completed the following projects in our home: family room and bathroom addition in an unfinished basement, bathroom and utility room remodel and a partial kitchen remodel. They will suggest and do extra little touches that make the room a little special. I will not consider hiring anyone else.”

“I have had multiple services provided by this company and Brent in particular. I've had them install Christmas lights for 3 years now. A large project to redesign a fireplace area with drywall and granite. Enclose the back of the fireplace with drywall and a chair rail. Close up an interior window with drywall. Plumbing- kitchen faucet, tub drain and caulking. Electrical- addition of ceiling lights, basement workshop lights, workshop outlets, additional outlets for a bookcase, outdoor sensor lighting. Installation of ceiling fans. Sump pump repair, replacement of battery. Misc repairs with cabinet door hinges, minor roof repairs, installation of screen door. Every experience has been very positive. I get quick call backs, scheduling is flexible and timely. I appreciate the care in which projects are completed , from explanations and planning, quality of products and service, to clean up and follow up. Extremely professional and would eagerly recommend them, and I have to friends and family. I like that the same person can work on multiple projects and is familiar with my home and wish list. I value his recommendations and trust his guidance on repairs. Brent has a broad knowledge of all types of repairs or home enhancements. He works directly with you to offer the best solution and to help you think ahead when planning major projects. He considers the "whole home" not just the project. Over the past 3 years working with Brent I've been completely satisfied with the work that has been done. She provided me with swatches of fabric for my chairs, and suggested they be made with a complimentary fabric on the flip side. When the base for the table arrived and there was damage in shipping, Debbie was quick to handle the exchange and resolve the problem with the shipper. In no time the new base arrived. Everything looks great, and the table, chairs and cushions were (and still are) a great addition to my kitchen.”
