“I had 2 bathrooms remodeled in October 2017. The contractor was professional and carried out the work well. Kris was project manager at that time who supervised the project and communicated well throughout. I proceeded with a change order to include painting and tiling of the master bedroom to match the bathroom.
Rafael Inc was the company who secured my business again when I was needing my kitchen & living room to be updated. From the design( thank you Sandra), to the contractor & new project manager I now have a beautiful kitchen/ living room.
Is the final product perfect & flawless? - of course not, but given the scope of the project I am happy with the outcome. Minor "glitches" which popped up after the contractors had long gone were dealt with efficiently.

“Island Woodworking built a free standing kitchen cabinet with a work table top for our kitchen a year ago in 2012. The cabinet foot print is trapezoidal causing the work to be highly technical. A great deal of effort went into finding ready made parts to minimize the price. The finished work fulfilled all our expectations: the overall shape and size, the functionality of the doors and drawers, the color scheme, and the worktop material and finish.
We were in no hurry to have this piece finished and installed, therefore I can't judge Island Woodworking's ability to meet deadlines.”

I got my drawing and estimate right on time. The quote was very reasonable for the work so I decided to hire them. The customer service from this team has been outstanding. A couple of issues that came up during the job were immediately addressed and corrected as the owner checked in with me periodically. The end work was beautiful and I am very, very satisfied. I would recommend Empire Kitchen and bath to anyone in the Jacksonville area. Jack, Eva, Kelly, and their crew were all great to work with. As soon as I can do my kitchen remodel, I will likely call Empire Kitchen and Bath again for the job.”

“I can't speak highly enough of John's work! He's done a few projects for me, including a really bad rental property in which we had recently evicted tenants. Another property that news to us, had a kitchen fire and he also customized a piece of office furniture for me as well. (Which I get compliments on every time someone new see's it) Both homes were horrid, John had to basically redo all the walls from the substantial amount of damage, replaced doors, did electrical, paint, window repair, hung new fixtures...the list goes on and on. The end results were amazing! Each home looked better than ever and rented at its highest rate to date! Despite the fact I kept giving him new request & changes, he completed each home, in my opinion exceptionally quick. I highly recommend John, I will use him for all of our home’s needs!”
