Not only was she knowledgeable about the cabinet products, but she was so creative coming up with a design to fit the space of my room. She took into consideration the space, my style and what the cabinets will be used for. She was truly amazing to work with! She is very professional and there was never an email or call that she didn't get back to me with an answer in a timely manner. I knew throughout the whole construction and design process that she was there to help me come up with creative solutions that actually worked for the use of my kitchen! “Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

Mariah took us through every aspect of our project from start to finish and allowed us to visualize each step with her graphical computer software, before anyone even stepped foot into our house. There were no "on the spot" last minute decisions with a contractor staring at you with a hammer ready to swing. Mariah's background in construction, natural eye for colors, and attention to detail allowed us to work through every major and minor decision. “We recently finished our major home renovation with TCW homes. We added on a huge new kitchen, master suite, an office, a huge two-car garage, and two-car driveway. It is pretty awesome, to say the least. So, let me start my review from the very beginning of my experience with TCW. I called Todd, the general contractor, on a Sunday evening expecting to get voicemail, however, he answered the phone and talked to me while at a Braves game. Todd promptly returned my call the next day and scheduled an appointment with me and the hubs on a weekday evening to accommodate our schedule. He met with us in the evenings several times for months before our project began, which definitely helped gain our confidence in him and his team. Before the project began, Todd was very clear in the pricing. He gave us a spreadsheet with an itemized list of services, materials, and prices, which also included allowances for certain materials we were able to choose such as tile, granite, cabinets. The allowances were pretty spot on. I believe I was a couple of hundred dollars under budget on all my allowances. He assured me several times the final price would not increase unless there were unforeseen issues with the house that needed repair, or if I added more work to the project, or if I went over my allowances. There were only two issues with the house that needed repair outside the original job description, and they promptly informed of the issues with the pricing. Communication was not an issue from the first phone call with Todd to the present. Todd and everyone on his team were almost immediately responsive at all hours of the day and night, as late as 11pm. Everyone showed up for meetings at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, responded to texts within minutes, etc. Going into this renovation I was advised from friends and family to just sell the house and find a better one. Everyone told me that contractors were all the same--crooks, dishonest, looking to cut corners, use the cheapest materials, overcharges, never responds to your calls, etc. Well, I decided to take a leap of faith with TCW homes and so far I'm glad I did. I didn't have any major issues with anyone on the TCW team. Any issue that came up was worked out fairly easily. They honored their word in regards to pricing. In regards to honesty, TCW fixed damages that I didn't even notice or expected them to fix. Everyone, contractors and subcontractors, were so nice that it was hard to complain about anything. My kitchen is beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. My master bedroom and bathroom are both beautiful. Everything turned out pretty awesome, and my family and I are enjoying our "new" house very much. Thank you TCW homes!”

“George did an amazing job designing our kitchen. His thoughtful placement and details still get compliments years after the renovation, especially the coffered ceiling that delineates the dining room. We originally interviewed George and a partnering genreral contractor for the job. We had second thoughts and proceeded to look at 4 other design build teams and companies, among them one of the most expensive in the area. We came back to the original team. Lesson learned, George had the best plan. We look forward to working with George on future projects; our longterm plan on window replacement, built in cabinets in the living room and renovating the master bathroom. What clinched this relationship is the generous patience he has in hearing our inane and unending questions, our kids bopping through meetings and construction sites and client second guessing and problem solving that comes with any renovation project.”

They made all the necessary repairs to the load bearing walls, water sealed the room, framed, drywalled, and install new electrical circuits to transform a dark, dingy room into our new and bright home office.
