Ampelio and his team were on time, on budget, courteous, clean, and even offered design ideas we hadn’t considered. If you’re reading this review and wondering whether they are worth it I can tell you we’ve already hired them 2 times and we will definitely be scheduling them to do a couple more installation jobs at our house. You won’t regret hiring them!”

“Barry is a fabulous contractor who has helped us with for all of our interior remodeling projects! He recently remodeled our en suite bathroom, turning a very outdated, crammed space into something clean and modern. It was my first bathroom remodel and he was wonderful about explaining the process to me, helping me pick out tiles, and figuring out what needed to be done to get to the modern, but not generic style I was looking for. His attention to detail was amazing and he was creative about finding solutions to problems (like me buying a sink with holes that were too small for the faucet and handles). Along the way, he suggested things I hadn't thought of, like recessed lighting, that really added to the modern feel of the space. Barry was respectful of our time and kept the house clean during the remodel. His rates are very reasonable and he stayed within the estimate he gave me. I highly recommend his company!”

“We hired Sebastian for a big remodel project for our 3 bedroom home in Alameda, which included our kitchen, two bathrooms, fireplace and entryway. His work exceeded our expectations and he was very easy to work with. Our project was his top priority and he excelled in communication, keeping us constantly in the loop via email, text, telephone or in person. Most importantly, he stayed on budget and a tight two month timeline. Sebastian did most of the work himself with the help of a couple talented, dedicated employees. “This was a total kitchen remodel with everything being gutted. Electrical was not up to current code and this was promptly taken care of by Bob, the electrician. We had discussions about where to put outlets and under counter lights. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. They are very thorough and meticulous. A couple of unforeseen structural problems were promptly taken care of and did not unreasonably impact the schedule or budget. There was a problem with a sagging floor joist under the refrigerator. Cooper crawled under the house and immediately repaired it. We had a general idea of what we wanted regarding extending a counter and enlarging a peninsula area and Dave helped with the design. Dave explained items that made a difference: ex: the difference between granite counters with a straight edge or bull nose trim. He helped us decide on the trim at the top of cabinets which matter in a house almost 50 years old with uneven ceilings due to settling. He helped decide on the opening and closing direction of cabinet doors We were away for a few days when all the cabinets and appliances arrived. They were here to receive everything in our absence and even made sure the cat was locked in the bedroom while all the doors were open. The entire crew was friendly, had a great sense of humor and was easy to deal with – Dave, Chris, Cooper and Bob. They were always prompt and called before they came. If they were going to be 15 minutes late they let us know. Even the cat missed them after the project was done.”

“We have quite a few projects done to our home last year, new windows, new floors, new landscaping, etc, etc. Everyone we worked with were what I considered good to excellent. But I have to say Ed Roualdes was a step above all when we redid our kitchen. Ed did an excellent job on our kitchen (see photos below) he knows his craft backwards and forwards. But what impressed me most was his attitude and professionalism. Ed quote was accurate, his was on time always, would stop his work to speak with me, kind to my two toddler kids, offered advice and solutions that went above and beyond the job was overall pleasant. I highly recommend Ed for your kitchen refinish. - Houston Joost”
