“I can not say enough good things about Sam (kovic industries). As a former builder myself after meeting him I knew he was the right guy for the job. I did have some estimates come in lower and some come in higher, but I also knew what to look for in a contractor and NEVER mind paying a few extra dollars for quality. He is always good about cleaning up after himself each day, granted this is construction so don't expect him to give your house a deep clean each day (you would be surprised what people expect). Joking aside, was very impressed with his work from start to finish. I even threw a job at him , in the middle of my other job, and was impressed how HONEST he was. "I have never done something like this project your talking about, but I am sure I can figure it out if your comfortable with that"....He did a Fantastic Job and for a project he had never done before, I could not be happier. I have given Sam's name to a few people. Some have used him and all are incredibly happy.....the one person who did not use him, called me up asking what they could do because the "other" contractor they hired was not doing a great job. Sam will NOT come in as your lowest bid, but he will most likely come in somewhere in the middle and give you the BEST work.”

“We were really fortunate to work with Paula and Marius in the spring of 2017, when we were finally in a position to renovate our extremely dated and not very user-friendly kitchen. They found great ways to deal with tricky fittings (like getting our range vent to work with our low ceiling), and even figured out a way to turn otherwise wasted space into a perfect shelving system to house our ever-expanding collection of cookbooks. Five years later, and new visitors still ask us if the kitchen is new and who did the renovation! We're really sorry that Paula and Marius are no longer in our area, as they are the first people we thought of as we contemplate our next round of home renovations.
